Certutil downloads 387 files, most of which are certs, however if I look in "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" - Certificates on one of our W10 machines, there are only 39 certs there including 4 of our internal certs. Install the certificate from the CA on the server running IIS, and make sure it ends up in the "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" store for the machine.
