I tried ipconfig and the IP configuration doesn't have a dns suffix, the ethernet adapter local area connection doesn't have a default gateway, the wireless lan adapter has information, the tunnel adapter teredo tunneling pseudo-interface has information, but everything else says "media disconnected".

Apr 29, 2008 · When I disabled the LAN (on the network screen) the DOS message about the disconnected media went away. I still cannot connect to the Internet, although I am connected just fine to the home network. When I cmd: ipconfig /renew . the message comes back that the operation failed as no adapter is in the state permissible for this operation.

Media State: Media Disconnected error appears on Windows 10, 8 and 7. This error can be seen while running ipconfig /all command in cmd.
